He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Dan C. Fenner, Robert G. Covert Sr., Howard Eugene Deforrest and Dorothy Covert (Hall). He is survived by: his parents, Steven Eugene and Cassandra Rose Covert; his brothers, Michael, Gabriel, Nathaniel and Zachariel; his grandparents, Justine, Mark Harrison, Jennifer Louden, Michele DeForrest and Robert G. Covert; and his great-grandparents, Rose Fenner (Merlene), Nancy, Russ Louden, Ruth and Chuck Jones. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Contributions may be made to the family which will be used to establish a foundation in Leo's memory to provide a grant each year to families whose child is afflicted with the same condition he had.
