It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd P. Kaushakis (Cleveland, Ohio), who passed away on May 21, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kaushakis and Anna Bielert; and his son James Kaushakis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kaushakis; his children, Christopher Kaushakis, Kathy Kaushakis, Emily (Dennis) and Nicholas; his grandchildren, Cory, Collin, Devon (M. J.) and Brayden (Claire); and his siblings, Virginia Caldwell, Danny, Diane Tucker and Ronald.
A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Slone & Co. (13115 Lorain Ave, Cleveland, OH 44111).
