He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kreinbrink and Lena Kreinbrink (Bellman); his siblings, Angela Wolke (Vernon) and Norbert Kreinbrink; and his brother-in-law John Kuhlman.

He is survived by: his children, Trina Boehnlein (Phil) of Findlay, Beth Steffan (Jeff) of New Cleveland, Ned Kreinbrink (Lisa) of Ottawa and Bruce Kreinbrink (Paula) of Beavercreek; his grandchildren, Zach Boehnlein (Julie), Sam Boehnlein (Brittany), Andy Boehnlein (Chris Allemang), Garrett Steffan (Theresa), Chad Steffan (Brittany), Toni Steffan, Ben Kreinbrink (Karli), Jessica Kreinbrink-Ellerbrock (Drew), Amanda Kreinbrink, Spencer Kreinbrink and Gabi Kreinbrink; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Luke, Alison, Grace Boehnlein, Rebecca, Vanessa, Violet, Logan, James Steffan, Bentley, Lillian Steffan, Beckham and Blake Kreinbrink; his sister Delores Kuhlman of Ottawa; and his sister-in-law Joan Kreinbrink of Ottawa.
