She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Provateare and Margaret Provateare (Pekarski); and her sister Michelle Skipper (Bill). She is survived by: her husband Daniel; her children, Dustin Cuccaro (Ashley) and Erica Jeppe (Charlie); her grandchildren, Kiara, Gavin, Roman and Colton; and her siblings, Margaret Hammons, Christine Bell (Ken), Carole Klaue (Steve), Cecelia Elliot (Bill) and Autum Provateare (Charles).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the City Church (3315 N Ridge Rd E, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
