He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd Vulgamore and Betty Vulgamore; his brother Samuel Vulgamore; his wife Judy Vulgamore; his daughter Andrea Allison (Donald); his stepchildren, Carol Kramer (Steven) and Dewey Cole Sr.; and his grandchildren, Brandon Castle, Samantha Schwab (Jordan), Cole Kramer, Alexander Kramer, Sergio Cole (Theresa), Dewey Cole Jr. (Heather) and Joshua Cole (Rebecca).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Green Funeral Care (4668 Pioneer Trail, Mantua, OH 44255). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (22-028-00 00-029-000, Hiram, OH 44234).
