She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Collins; and her siblings, Mary Rita Unwin (Bill) and Jim Gavin (Nyama). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Elizabeth, John, Sean, Blake, Connor, Casey and Megan; and her sister Jo Ann Gavin (John Smyth).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Homes (4420 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Church (1212 Bunts Rd, Lakewood, OH 44107).
