Meadows in Cleveland, Ohio, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on March 3, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Reed Meadows; and her parents, Walter Staples and Phyllius Meadows. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Meadows (Robin) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Loren Meadows (Marsha) of Gainesville, FL and Marion Meadows (Chante) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, James (Jessenia), Sydney, Jackson, Andrew, Channing and Chase; her brothers, Walter Staples of Boligee, AL, Dallas Staples (Karen) of Charleston, WV and Carl Staples (Jean) of Redding, PA; and her godchildren, Nicole Brooks Robinson of Dayton, OH and Michael Harmon of South Charleston, WV. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, other family and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Charles and Pat Meadows Scholarship Fund, Fund 1776 through the Dayton Foundation.
