He is survived by: his parents, Robert F. Rutledge (Therese) and Eileen A. Waldegar (Murray); his siblings, Timothy Rutledge, Erin Rutledge, Brian Rutledge, Nicholas Kicak (Michelle) and Christina Kicak; and his nieces, Catelyn and Sophia.
