She was predeceased by: her husband Michael "Russian Mike"; her parents, Alfred Medaglia and Mary Medaglia; and her siblings, Rose Marie Bianchi, Alfred Medaglia, Joseph Medaglia, Julia Medaglia and Ann Leicher.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Jr. (Kathleen) and Allen (Maureen); her grandchildren, Amy Pavlas, Michael (Debbie), Christopher, Michelle Perc (Nathan), Joseph and Daniel (Nikki); and her great grandchildren, Ryan, Samantha, Deklyn, Brooklyn, Mikey, Lainey and Remy.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ripepi Funeral Home (5762 Pearl Rd, Cleveland, OH 44129). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Colman Church (2027 W 65th St, Cleveland, OH 44102).
