He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor and Marie (Nee Schikowski). He is survived by: his wife Wilma J. (Nee Damron); his children, Ralph E. Jr., Chris Mancino (Joe), Arleen M. Hess, Patricia J. Jones and Thomas Jones; his grandchildren, David, Brandy, Bryan Shuttera (Amanda), Ralph E. Hess III and Thomas Jones (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Kaylani, Jayden Carrucini, Emmitt, Colin Shuttera and Wesley Jones.
