He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hetz and Alice Hetz (Winebrenner); his wife Ruth Hetz (Shockey); and his siblings, Harrison Hetz, Jane Hetz (Hotchkiss), Alice Hetz, Margaret Hetz (Sagar), Melvin Jr. Hetz, Charlie Hetz, Kenneth W. Hetz, Mary Lou Hetz (Murray), Marvin Hetz and Marshall Hetz.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Hetz (Krause). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
