He is survived by : his wife Ahsiu; his children, John and Shu-Fen; his grandchildren, Becky, Sarah and Josh; and his siblings, Bob, John and Janie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Cleveland Baptist Church in Thompson Chapel (4431 Tiedeman Rd, Brooklyn, OH 44144).
