He was predeceased by: his parents, June Ruddy and Robert F. Ruddy; and his sister Mary Konapacki (Frank). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ruddy; his children, Melissa Mirt (Mike), Kim Ridenour (Brent), Nick Ruddy and Alison Yano; his grandchildren, Amber Brochetti (Brian), Amanda Mirt, Brianna Ridenour, Cameron Ridenour, Ally Yano and Brady Yano; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Rex, Ruby and Scarlett; his sister Joan "Scoot" Chihosky; his nieces and nephews, Karen Konapacki, Michelle Balog and Billie Treece; his great-niece Emma; and his great-nephew Jack.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to either Blessed Trinity Edible Forest or Blessed Trinity Bountiful Basement at 14040 Puritas Ave., Cleveland, OH 44135.
