With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roberto Colon Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 11, 2023 at the age of 18. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jessica Gomez (Tim Howard) and Roberto Colón; his brother Eduardo (Jasmine); his grandparents, Orlando Gomez, Jannette Rentas (Jorge), Efrain Colon and Daisy Feliciano; his aunts and uncles, Kimberly Gomez (Luis), Orlando Gomez Jr. (Wanda), Pedro Gomez, Wilfredo Gomez (Cristina), Edwin Gomez (Lisa), Ruben Gomez (Giselle), Abigail Ramos, Efrain Colon and Delia Colon; and his godparents, Iris and Jose Rivera.

During his Sophomore yr and the pandemic Roberto would encounter what would be one of the hardest battles that even an adult couldn't handle.

Barbara Fulton lit a candle

“My husband Deacon Stan Fulton taught religion at Metro Catholic School for many years. I am sure that he taught Roberto many classes. He wanted the children there to know how much God loves them and how someday they would be with Him in heaven. Roberto is there now. Safe, happy, healthy and home. Please know how very sorry I am for your loss, but so very happy for Roberto. Stan went to heaven almost seven years ago, be assured that he gave Roberto a big welcome home to heaven hug.”
