She was predeceased by: her husband James R. Rastatter; her cousin Faye O'Hare; her parents, Helen O'Neil (Thornton) and Hugh O'Neil; and her siblings, Thomas O'Neil and Jane Kochenderfer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Karen), James Jr. (Alfrieda), Helen Boberek (John), Marie Violi (Greg) and Mark (Melissa); her grandchildren, Michael Jr. and Aimee Marriott; her children, Anthony Koch, Victoria Fouse, Jessica Herzoff, Justine Ingersoll, Matthew, Nathan, Holly, Madeline, Julia, Stacy Owens, Jean Willoughby, Grace Violi and Lydia Milliner; her brothers, Hugh (Mardy), Dennis (Christa) and Bill (late Judy); and her cousin Jean Dowd. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
