He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel Rios and Leonor Lisboa; his wife Fernanda Rios; his children, Sergio (Vita), Orlando (Nery), Edgar (Sandra), Migdalia (Pedro) and Ivan (Iris); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Francis, Sergio, Christian and Lucas; and his brother William.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Life Celebration Center (3556 W 130th St, Cleveland, OH 44111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Iglesia Adventista Ebenezer Spanish Seventh-Day Adventist Church (7322 Elton Ave, Cleveland, OH 44102). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (14609 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142).
