The memory of Sharon L. Chitty of Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 4, 2025 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Sharon may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sharon touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William "Bill" Chitty; her parents, Leona Keck Bodnar and Julius Bodnar; and her grandparents, Josephine and John Keck.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sharon's memory to St. Wendelin's Church, Malachi House of Cleveland, or the Seidman Cancer Center at University Hospitals - organizations close to her heart.
