He is survived by : his children, Walter Mendell Miller (Regina) of Carolina, WV and Coilynn Buford (CoCo) of Pittsburgh, PA; his former life partner Gladys Lee Miller of Fairmont, WV; his grandchildren, Devin Miller of Morgantown, WV, Tariq Miller of Carolina, WV and Leah Buford of Pittsburgh, PA; his nephews, Terry Burgess of Seattle, WA and Darrell Marbury of Carolina, WV; and his brother Michael Starr. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
