She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Leddy and Pearl Leddy; her grandparent Lolly; her husband Charles "Charlie" Sablack; her son Robert "Bobby" Sablack; and her siblings, Marilyn Leddy, Mary Margaret Scott, Ray Leddy, Bobby Leddy, Jack Leddy, Thomas Leddy and James Leddy.

She is survived by: her daughter Lorraine Constantino; her grandchildren, Renee Raffalli (Alexandre) and Charles Sablack; her great grandchildren, Max and Lucie Raffalli; and her brother William Leddy.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jakubs & Son Funeral Home (936 E 185th St, Cleveland, OH 44119). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Robert and William Catholic Parish (367 E 260th St, Euclid, OH 44132).
