He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Steven Unik (Michelle), Thomas J. Unik, III (Christin), Shelly Volpe, Connie Rossi (Peter) and Kimberly Milano; his grandchildren, Kathryn Osborne (Bill) of Clint Williams, A. J, Kimberly Unik, Carissa Rossi, Courtney Volpe (Johnny Patterson), Thomas J. Unik, IV (Cory), Marla Milano and Gina Risch (Zach); his great grandchildren, Destiny, Angel (Jeff), Taylor, Jayden, Kalea, Tommy, Parker, Kyler, Elvie, Marcus, Viola and Elias; his great great grandchild Kingston; and his siblings, Donna Nardi, Curtis Unik (Roxana), Cheryl Browning (Jack) and Tracy Gallagher (Hugh).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ripepi Funeral Home (5762 Pearl Rd, Parma, OH 44129). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bartholomew Church (14865 Bagley Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130).
