He is survived by: his wife Karen Haines; his daughter Shannon Haines; his granddaughter Kaylee McMillen; and his sibling's children, Crystal Jacobs, Felicia Freeman (Ron), Tonya Jacobs, Jessica Zubek (Craig), Krysten Sarrouh (Farres), Patrick and Robert Gheen.
