He is survived by: his wife Frances (Fran); his children, Brian Smoot Tonya Johnson (Angie), Darius Johnson (Katteea) and Nicole Howard; his nephews, Kerry Traylor (Joy) and Tony Jackson (Pam); his niece Nicole Edward; his cousin Howard Smith (Jeannette); his brother-in-law A. Z. Traylor; and his friend Earl Harris.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the 89th Chapel (2165 E 89th St, Cleveland, OH 44106). A wake was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Saints Parish (2175 Coventry Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH 44118). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
