She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Raymond Deffinger; her parents, Hazel Cassidy and George Cassidy; and her sibling Pat Niehaus (Jim). She is survived by: her children, Tim Deffinger (Chris), Rodney Deffinger, Kim Deffinger (Terri Mattlin), Darlene Moser (Chuck), Vic Willoughby (Robin) and Gary Willoughby (Kathy); her grandchildren, Josh Moser (Heather), Ryan Deffinger, Austin Deffinger Wade Deffinger (Taylor King), Pam Willoughby (Chuck), Gary Willoughby (Danielle), Jason Willoughby, Annika Deffinger, Hunter Taper, Amanda Willoughby, Brandon Willoughby and Eric Willoughby; and her siblings, Rita Lieske (late Ron), Tony Cassidy, Mary Crosby and Virginia "Genny" Burdette (Carl). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members & friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Dennis George Funeral Home (44 S Miami Ave, Cleves, OH 45002). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home (44 S Miami Ave, Cleves, OH 45002).
