He is survived by: his wife Jean Siebenaler; his sons, Michael Burba, Jr. (Katherine), Daniel Burba, Matthew Burba (Cassie) and Andrew Burba (Jillian); his grandchildren, William, Emily, Ava, Archie, Calvin, Hazel and Marigold; and his siblings, Michaline Miess (Samuel), Francis Burba (Sandy), William Burba (Paula), Joseph Burba (Theresa), Theresa Ritzo and Christine Clevenger (William). He is also survived by other family members, friends.
