She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlene Chitwood and Willard Duncan; and her siblings, Timothy Chitwood, Kimberly Cooper and Shonda Chitwood.
She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Dixon; her children, Melissa Ann Widener, Bryan and Thomas Dixon; her grandchildren, Donny Widener (Melanie), Stephanie Widener, Jessica Bailey (Jonathan), Jordan Dixon (Idiana), Dustin Tooley and Georgia Dixon; and her siblings, Shirel Duncan (Penny), Carol Hartley (Sherman), Diane Burke (Rodney) and Tommy Chitwood.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home (5527 Cheviot Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Arlington Memorial Gardens (2155 Compton Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
