She is survived by: her children, Alan Lusby (Kathy) and Lori Holthaus (Fred); her grandchildren, Alan Lusby Jr., Michelle Lane (Jay), Chad Lusby (Alyssa), Chrissy Lusby, Kyle Smith, Nicolas, Logan Holthaus, Allie, Zach, Tom, Jada, Jordan, Azlynn, Alexis, Autum, Isaac, Hazel and Ivory; and her sister Loretta Hartman. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
