She is survived by: her husband Adrian Douglas Smith; her daughters, Ellen Smith Harnish (David), Deanna Smith Brown (Donald) and Heather Smith Loper (Louis); her grandchildren, Brennan Harnish (Hannah), Brady Harnish, Shaelyn Ward (Cody), Skyler Brown (Brooke), Shanen Brown (Alexis), Gracyn Zervos (Michael) and Seth Loper (Dorothy); and her great grandchildren, Nolan Harnish, Kaia Harnish, Levi Ward and Josslyn Zervos.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a charity that was special to Geraldine.
