She was predeceased by: her parents, Noal Thomas and Freida Thomas (Lanphier); her former husband William Bragg; her husband Gerrit Heijnen; her great grandchildren, Maddison and Klayton Lindley; her siblings, Merrill Lanphier and Shirley Alfaro; her stepson Wayne Heijnen; and her stepgrandson Dustin Kalstrom.
She is survived by: her children, Jodi McKinley (Mike) of Akron, David Bragg of Caruso, NC, Bill Bragg of Caruso, NC, Linda Lindley of Bloomington, IL and Jeff Bragg (Katrina) of Asheville, NC; and her stepchildren, Doris Kalstrom (Randy), Johanna Costello and Ellie Skidmore (Brian). She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren.
For reasons only known to God, Alzheimer's robbed her of her memory and mobility and left behind a sweet woman with a hilarious sense of humor and a family with a broken heart.
