She was predeceased by: her parents, Claudia Earhart, (Good) and Woodrow Earhart, Sr.; and her brothers, Woody Earhart, Jr. and Larry Beier. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Jakcsy; her children, Tim Perry (Sandra) of Clyde and Melodee Milleson (Brad) of Milford Center; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Jelinek (Richard), Kandace Jakcsy and Sara Whitta (Drew); her grandchildren, Austin Scott, Caleb Biller, Waverly Perry, Sophia Perry, Jonathan Perry, Holly McKenna, Isaac Milleson, Kane Milleson, Emma Milleson, Carter Whitta and Bennett Whitta; her siblings, Carl Earhart (Jo) of Clyde, Lionel Earhart (Lee) of Port Clinton, Mary Dencer (Dan) of Clyde, Lee Beier (Judy) of Florida and Martin Ross Earhart of Pennsylvania; and her pet Isabelle.

The family requests no cut flowers, with memorials, if desired, be made to the humane society, or Bubba's Battle or the charity of your choice.
