She was predeceased by : her grandfathers, Dale Hoffman and Albert V. Contreras. She is survived by : her parents, Regina Marie (Hoffman) and Ricardo "Rick" Contreras of Fremont; her siblings, Madalyn Rose Contreras of Columbus and Michael Regino Contreras of Alliance; her grandmothers, Carol Hoffman and Adela Contreras; and her boyfriend Tomas Thompson of Sandusky.
