She was predeceased by : her parents, Ronald Cummings and Betty Cummings (Whissel); and her sister Diane Pasch. She is survived by : her children, Dan Kwiatkowski of Clyde, Brian Kwiatkowski of Clyde and Jaime Stines (Chris) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Alexis Chumley, Brooke Kwiatkowski, Kira Kwiatkowski, Rayce Stines and McKenzie Kwiatkowski; her great grandchildren, Brextin, Lennix, Lizah Mae and Olivia; her siblings, Ronald Cummings (Peggy) of North Canton, OH, Keith Cummings (Michelle) of Fremont and Debbie Walters of Massillon, OH; and her brother-in-law Denny Pasch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
