She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hackler and Anna Hackler (Felty); her husband Greer Smith; her daughters, Kathy Davenport (Denny) and Barbara Jane Smith; her grandson William Greer; and her siblings, Pauline, James, Joseph, Alice, Marjorie, David and Eva Lee.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Smith (Ginnie) of Cornersville, TN and Paul Smith (Treva) of Clyde; and her grandchildren, Jason, Nathan (Elizabeth), Matt (McKenzie), Garrett (Pam), Gabrielle (Daniel), Montana (Andrew) and Remington (Jill). She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in Cora's honor to the First Baptist Church - Brown Street Church, or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
