Donald E. Burroughs Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Donald E. Burroughs of Clyde, Ohio. Donald, born on January 23, 1945, passed away on October 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Burroughs and Barbara Burroughs (Giebel); his wife Bev; his in-laws, Robert and Phyllis Gilbert; and his sister Gloria Weber.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Yeazel (Tom) of Xenia, Susie Capucini of Clyde and Dawn Gibson (Chris) of Castalia; his brothers, Brian Burroughs (Cindy) of Fremont and Brad Burroughs of Hilliard; his sister-in-law Nancy Snyder (Lou) of Clyde; his grandchildren, Lauren St (Kris), Mark Rollyson (Desiree), Nathan Rollyson (Racheal), Eddie Wilson, Erica Wilson, Shelby White (James), Aldon Gibson and Dylan Gibson; his great grandchildren, Owen, Reese, Jonathan, Alexander, Reid, Lily, Marlaya and Lyla; and his pet Corky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Auxter-Recker Funeral Home (218 S Main St, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in honor of Don may be made to the Clyde Food Pantry or the Sandusky County Humane Society.
