Poole of Clyde and Gage Blankenship of Clyde, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jayden Poole (Jessica) of Bellevue, Ohio and Jordan Poole of Bellevue, Ohio; her great grandchild Willow Poole; and her siblings, Mia Hoover (JR) of Shelby, Preston Humphreys (Angie) of Findlay and Cheryl Humphreys of Strongsville, Ohio..
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Green Springs Cemetery.
