She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman Collins and Roxie Collins (Spurlock); her husband Jack Warner, Sr.; and her siblings, Cora Lee Collins, Gladys Mobley, Julie Kleinow, Martha Stewart, Floyd Collins, Alla Mae Leedy and Homer Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Oles of Clyde, Marilyn Lynch (Paul) of Clyde, Jada Chaffee (Willie) of Clyde and Jack Warner, Jr. (Ronda) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Derek, Toby, Caleb, Dillon, Katlin, Levi, Jack Jr. III and Leah; and her brothers, Eugene of Clyde and Daniel Collins of Clyde. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service (504 E McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at the McPherson Cemetery (500 E McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410).
