He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Wade (Linda), Michael Wade, Brian Wade and Amy Lynch (Kenneth); and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Wiedenheft, Melissa Brown, Leah Wade (Joey), Danelle Wade, Hannah Heindel (Abram), Nathan Lynch (Katie), Jesse Lynch (Nicole), Joel Lynch (Emma) and Abigail Eversman (Joshua). He is also survived by 12 great-nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Galen's honor to Mt. Carmel Church.
