With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald F. Nieset of Clyde, Ohio, born in Gibsonburg, Ohio, who passed away on July 15, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Bernard Nieset and Lillian Nieset (Cornelius); his former life partner Mary Kathryn "Kitty" Cullen; his daughter Mary Kathryn "Kitty" Nieset (Cullen); and his siblings, Margaret Karr, Eulalia Foos, Eileen Leffler, Norbert Nieset and Donald Nieset.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Alice Nieset (Keegan) of Clyde; his children, Joseph Nieset (Barbara) of Fremont, David Nieset (Nancy) of Mishawaka, IN, William Nieset (Vicky) of Clyde, James Nieset of Clyde, Susan Dymond (Lee) of Clyde, Patricia Kingsborough (Randy) of Fremont and Margaret "Peggy" Lieske (Christopher) of Clyde; his sisters, Lauren Golembiowski (Vince) of Clyde and Elizabeth Raths of Clyde; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Nieset of Columbus. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; several step-children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
