She is survived by: her sons, Michael Cox (Misty) of Fostoria and David Clendenon (Tammy) of Hilliard; her sister Kathy Matthews of Texas; her grandchildren, Kaytlin Cox (Thomas Bethel), Branden Cox, Brady Cox, Shane Mahoney, Collin Mahoney, Patrick Clendenon, Megan Clendenon, Shawn Clendenon and Kelly Agosto (Esteban); and her close friend Natalie Blankenship. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
