He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fultz and Magdalen Fultz (Nick); his wife Teresa Davis; his siblings, Willie Fultz (Shirley), Joyce Wadams (Skip), Joanne Berberick, Sandy Gurney (Jack) and Carole Jean Fultz; and his in-laws, Herb Hunley, Raymond Davis, Rose Hillenbrand, Joe Davis (Juanita), Roy Davis, Rebecca Davis, Cecelia Ferguson (Jim) and John Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Magdalen Van Walsen (Rick), Audrea Albright (Tom), AnnMarie Miller (Randy) and Larry "Duke" Fultz (Kendra); his grandchildren, Thomas Kyle Albright, Tyler Albright, Adam Albright (Shelby), Blake Lawrence Miller (Taylor), Savannah Marie Miller, Brody Fultz (Brittany), Frank Fultz and Shaelyn Fultz; his great grandchildren, Lofton "Chuck" Albright, Holden Albright, Ronin Miller and Booker Fultz; his sisters, Faye Hunley, Mary Jo Ulman (Rich) and Linda Hall (Larry); his in-laws, Jim Berberick, Queta Davis, Maria Norman, Diane "Gene" Baker, Dora Byers, Jesse Davis (Miki), Tina Davis, Gregory Davis and Sandra Davis; and his pet Sal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
