He was predeceased by: his sister Waynetta Doyle; and his former wife Marty Zyski Cleveland. He is survived by: his siblings, Sarah Chambers (Robert) of Alexandria, Ohio, Frederick Cleveland (Nancy) of Republic, Ohio, Cindy Geis of Lexington, Kentucky, Stephen Cleveland of Clyde and Mike Cleveland of Texas.
