She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Boerger and Marcille Boerger (Otte); her children-in-law, Delphine Cook and Brian Montgomery; her siblings, Don Boerger (Jean), Jim Boerger, Jackie McKinley, Dorothy "Jean" Williams (Ronald) and Thomas Boerger; and her brothers-in-law, Nick Moore and William Fromm.
She is survived by : her husband Clyde O. Cook Jr. of Lima; her children, Michael A. Cook (April) of Lima, Dennis G. Cook of Lima, Brian J. Cook (Stacey) of Cridersville and Teresa A. Montgomery of Delphos; her sister Ruth Fromm of Lima; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Boerger of Florida and Patricia Mullenhour (Bob). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.
