She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lewis and Laurabell Lewis; her siblings, Doug Lewis, Lester Lewis, Connie Fazio and Rodney Lewis; her husband Patrick Leber; her children, Karen, James and Kyle Leber; her niece Tammy Lemmon; and her great grandchildren, Julian and Gerald Mulligan.
She is survived by: her siblings, Randy Lewis, Albert "Lou" Lewis (Dana) and Judy Pelton (Jeff); her children, Rhonda Mulligan, David Leber (Angela) and Krista Leber (Casey); her grandchildren, Chris Mulligan (Erin), Brianna Mulligan, Zach Leber, Tyler Leber, Sierra Leber (Benjamin), Tre Leber, Serenity Gowitzka and Elijah Gowitzka; and her great grandchild Mikayla Mulligan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Midtown Event Room (221 E Main St, Bellevue, OH 44811).
