He was predeceased by: his parents, John Golembiowski and Violet Golembiowski (Schmitke); his children, Tammy Golembiowski and Robert Golembiowski; his siblings, Violet Faunce (Bill), Melba Kosman (Harry), Marvel Cherry (Jim) and John Golembiowski (Mariellen); and his sister-in-law Jeanne Golembiowski.
He is survived by: his wife Laurene Golembiowski (Nieset) of Mary's Catholic Church; his brother Ronald Golembiowski of Leesburg, FL; his children, Renette Audritsh (Fred) of Green Springs, OH, Laurie Halbisen (CJ Good) of Fremont, OH, Vicki Rowe (Rick) of Clyde, OH and Michael Golembiowski (Amy) of Clyde, OH; his grandchildren, Tina Haas (Robert), Tami Satterlee, Erick Audritsh, Krista Hernandez (Mike), Britta Luebcke (Fred Shearon), Wren Golembiowski, Dillon Holmes (Katelyn) and Baylee Frederick (Logan); his great grandchildren, Cheyann Hetrick (Dustin), Ryleigh Satterlee, Mady, Camden, Logan Hernandez, Buck Audritsh and Wade Holmes; and his great great grandchildren, Oaklyn and Hayden Hetrick.
