With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wayne Wollenslegel of Clyde, Ohio, born in Bellevue, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 21, 2025 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wollenslegel and Violet Wollenslegel; and his sister Pamela Wollenslegel. He is survived by: his wife Joan Wollenslegel (Tooman) of Clyde, OH; his children, Brandi Dinan, Jeremiah Wollenslegel (Jeanette Ottney) and James Wollenslegel; his grandchildren, Kyle Chase, Levi Dinan, Mikael Wollenslegel and Matthew Wollenslegel; and his great grandchildren, Zaylie Chase, Cameron Noftz and Peightyn Chase.
In honor of Wayne Wollenslegel, memorial contributions may be made to his family or the Sandusky County Cancer Care Fund in care of United Way of Sandusky County.
