She is survived by: her children, Don Russell of Cincinnati, OH, Debbra Newcomb of Coal Grove, OH, Danny Russell of Coal Grove, OH and Rebecca Russell of Coal Grove, OH; and her siblings, Edgel Kennedy of Wytheville, WV, Brenda Mullins of Abingdon, VA, Daria Gray of Royal Retreat, VA, Priscilla Lester of Bristol, VA, Sheba Payne of Bradshaw, WV, Clifford Payne Jr. and Dan Kennedy of Wytheville, WV. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
