He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale C. Morgan and Ethel Mae Morgan (Harrison); his daughter Amy Lynn Morgan; his brother Larry Morgan; and his in-laws, Walter and Zelma Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joyce Morgan (Kelley); his sister-in-law Rita Ferguson of Ashland; his nephews, Jeff Ferguson (Stacia) of Ashland and Scott Morgan (Amy) of Ironton; and his great-nephews, Nathaniel Ferguson of Ashland and Alexander Ferguson (Chippy) of Ashland.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
