She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Boone" Webb and Bertha Mae Little Webb; and her siblings, Arvilla Patrick, Barbara Ann Collins, James Webb, Lindsey Webb, Bob Webb and Betty Kay Webb Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Neal of Coal Grove, Linda "Musty" Dudding of Ashland, Billy Dudding (Crystal) of Weatherford, Bobby Dudding (Connie) of Ironton and Brenda Blanton of Ironton; and her great grandchild Mary. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
