It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Jean Welch of Coal Grove, Ohio, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Queen and Helen Queen (Noe); her son Donald R. Reynolds; her brother Calvin Queen; and her grandparents, Cornelius and Minnie Queen.

She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Welch; her children, Felecia M. Hoffer of Jamestown, OH, Joseph Raymond King Jr. of Huntington, WV, Paul Gene Reynolds (Susan) and William Kyle Virgin (Lisa) of Galena, OH; and her brothers, Ronald Queen (Lois) of Westwood, KY and Jimmy Queen (Nikkie). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.
