He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Clement (Ken) of Findlay, Samantha Fooce (Kevin) of Point Pleasant, WV, Sarah Miller (Dave) of Catlettsburg and Shamra Riley (Adam Mullins) of Ironton; his niece Hollie Ferguson (Phil) of Coal Grove; his grandchildren, Dallas Horner, Madison Clement, Hali Howard, Isaiah Miller, Karleigh Miller, Marlee Mullins, Paislee Mullins and Oaklee Mullins; his great grandchild Walker Howard; and his sisters, Kim Elliot (Elmer) and Valerie Jewell (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
