He is survived by: his father William Spurlock; his wife Crystal Mullens Spurlock; his sister Misty Wilson (Shawn); his stepsister Becky Day Hankins (David); his half-brother Bill Spurlock (Toni); his stepbrother John Day (Cheryl); his nieces and nephews, Wyatt Wilson, Noah Wilson (Alivia), Courtney Wilson (Jacob McDonald), Willa Wilson, Shaylee Phelps (Damon), Eddie Jackson (Hannah), Shawn Jackson (Marissa), Elizabeth Viers (DJ) and Alexandra Spencer; and his pets, Zeus, Raven, Cain, Abel and Peaches. He is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, extended family.
